Any user account credentials you may have for cloud features are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality of these credentials.
In these Terms and Conditions, "Your Content" shall mean any text, documents, images, or other material you create, edit, or store using Yadikar Text Editor.
Your Content remains your property. You retain all ownership rights to Your Content. Yadikar does not claim any ownership over Your Content.
Your Content must be your own or you must have the necessary rights to use it. Your Content must not infringe any third-party's rights or violate any applicable laws.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of creating, storing, or sharing it. Yadikar does not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of Your Content.
You understand that by using Yadikar Text Editor, you may be exposed to content that might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or otherwise inappropriate. Yadikar will not be responsible for any such content.
If you choose to use cloud synchronization features, you grant Yadikar a limited license to store, backup, and synchronize Your Content across your devices. This license is solely for the purpose of providing you with the cloud synchronization service and will terminate when you delete Your Content or close your account.
You may remove Your Content from Yadikar's cloud storage at any time through the application settings. Yadikar reserves the right to remove Your Content if it violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Yadikar may offer premium features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases for Yadikar Text Editor. Prices for products and services are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect existing subscriptions during their current billing period.
All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in our refund policy.
Some features may be offered as recurring subscriptions. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for canceling your subscription if you no longer wish to be charged.
Yadikar Text Editor may integrate with third-party services (such as cloud storage providers, grammar checkers, or other tools). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Yadikar is not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party services.
Yadikar may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the application from time to time. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed. You consent to such automatic updates. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms.
Yadikar Text Editor is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults, and Yadikar makes no representations or warranties of any kind related to this application or the materials contained within it. Yadikar does not warrant that the application will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
Yadikar does not guarantee that your documents will be free from loss, corruption, attack, viruses, interference, hacking, or other security intrusion. You are responsible for backing up your important documents.
In no event shall Yadikar, nor any of its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Yadikar Text Editor, including but not limited to:
This limitation applies whether such liability arises from contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if Yadikar has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yadikar and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
Yadikar may terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease.
You may stop using the application at any time. If you have a subscription, you should cancel it to avoid future charges.
You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of Your Content. While Yadikar may offer cloud backup features, you should not rely solely on these features and should maintain your own backups of important documents.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, such provision shall be deleted or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Yadikar reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit. When changes are made, we will make a new copy of the Terms available within the application. By continuing to use Yadikar Text Editor after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
Yadikar may assign, transfer, or subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you may not assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms without Yadikar's prior written consent.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Yadikar and you regarding your use of Yadikar Text Editor, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yadikar operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
